Before we had Oak Grove Pet Sitting we were reluctant to go out of town because we did not have a good option to care for our two labs while we were away. Luckily we found them and they have been amazing in every way. Our pups love seeing their walkers and we don’t have to worry at all about them when Oak Grove Pet Sitting is watching them. Where do I start? The group of loving pet caretakers in this organization is far above any other pet service I’ve ever experienced. We have a large pet family, 3 cats and 3 dogs with a wide array of ages, and before COVID we travelled frequently. There was never a time I left my house for a trip feeling concerned or worried about our pets. Robin and her employees are excellent at everything a pet owner wants for his or her fur babies. From spending loving time with them, careful attention to detail when it comes to feeding and meds, to arriving back home to a clean and organized pet area, I cannot recommend them enough. I have been fortunate to find such a wonderful group of people who truly take care of my cat like she was their own. Before Oak Grove Pet sitting I would struggle to go on vacation because I had such trust issues with a pet sitter. Robin and her team are so kind and they truly do care for your pet. The communication is top notch and they post pet sitting diaries for each visit so you know how your pet is doing as well as any other things that might be going on that day around the house. They take care of checking my mail while I'm away and they also curb my trash if I happen to be gone on trash days as well. I cannot say enough good things. We’ve been using Oak Grove Pet Sitting for a few years now after a previous pet sitter let our deaf cat outside due to carelessness. Oak Grove Pet Sitting has restored our faith in being able to be away from home and trust our pets are being well cared for. Robin and crew are the best! Stormy my cat has multiple health issues and had just been released from the vet hospital when we were supposed to go on vacation. Robin stepped in to take care of Stormy with his multiple medications and care. Robin also transported him to and from the vet for his blood work recheck. She kept me up to date on how he was doing and sent pictures. Not only was I able to go on vacation instead of canceling, but I was able to enjoy my vacation because I knew Robin would take great care of Stormy. I would definitely recommend OGPS to everyone needing a reliable and caring pet sitter.
